How To Use Hydrogen Peroxide To Remove Blackheads?

Blackheads are regarded as the mildest and least inflammatory form of acne. However, these tiny dark spots are extremely hard to get rid of. Although blackheads can appear anywhere on the skin where hair follicles are present, they are usually concentrated at the center of your face, that is, on the nose, forehead, cheeks, and chin.

What Causes Blackheads?

The causes of blackheads include hormonal changes, excessive production of skin cells, excessive sweating, stress, excessive use of cosmetics can triggers blackheads.

Lemon Face Pack:

Lemon contains moisturizing properties that can help in eliminate dead and dry skin and help in getting rid of blackheads. It also helps in tighten your skin.

You Will Need:

1 teaspoon honey

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Process:

In a bowl, combine a mixture of lemon juice and honey.

Apply this paste to the affected areas.

Leave it on for about 15-20 minutes.

Then wash your face or affected part.

Use everyday for better results.

Caution: Lemon juice can cause an allergic reaction in some people because it contains citric acid. You must do a patch test on arm or hands, before you can follow this remedy.

Egg white Face Pack:

Egg white helps in tighten your skin and shrink the pores on your face, resulting in the reduced formation of blackheads.

You Will Need:

1 egg white

Paper towels or tissues

Process:

Put an egg white in a bowl and stir it well until it’s frothy.

Apply this pack onto blackheads affected areas.

Next, place a strip of a paper towel over the areas, then apply another thin layer of egg white on the top of paper towel or tissue.  

Let this dry for about half an hour, then peel up and off.

Then rinse your face with warm water.

Use this twice a week for better results.

Turmeric can help in cleansing the pores in your skin due to its antibacterial properties. This can help mitigate the occurrence of blackheads.

You Will Need:

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon water

Process:

In a bowl, combine turmeric and water, and make a thin paste.

Apply this paste on the affected areas.

Let it dry and wait for 10-15 minutes.

Then wash your face with tap water.

Apply this paste once daily.
